True to tradition and the 336 year heritage of this renowned brewery this is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake with inviting, lifted aromas, impeccable balance, structure and a delicious taste.

A sake designed to be clean and refreshing with great balance and structure. Soft
fruity aromas coupled with a smooth silky texture and a touch of umami on the
dry finish lightens the impression of this food-friendly sake.
UMENOYADO YUZUSHU CLASSIFICATION – FRUIT LIQUEUR MADE WITH SAKE BASE ALCOHOL 8%                               $12/ SHORT PRONOUNCED AROMAS OF YUZU FRUIT, SILKY SMOOTH WITH SWEETNESS BALANCED BEAUTIFULLY BY TARTNESS. SLIGHT BITTERNESS ON THE FINISH IS VERY REFRESHING.

peach, feijoa, and strawberry in a very elegant framework. Made with drip
technique and cold fermentation a luxe sake with fine texture is the result.

A great merge sake showing features of both fruit and grain. Gentle aromas of
grape, melon, and pear with rich texture on the palate broadening with developing
rice notes and umami.
Katsuyama LEI Junmai Ginjo

Semi-sweet style “musk melon bomb” sake, beautiful, rich, impact sake with clean
umami and fine texture. A well balanced, lower ABV sake of 12%.

DASSAI 23 Sake 720ML  $250
This Junmai Daiginjo was born from a single challenge - polishing Yamada Nishiki to the limit of limits - 23% remaining of the original rice grain. The nose presents an irresistibly elegant flowery bouquet with a soft, delicate, honey-like sweetness, and the flavor blooms exquisitely in your mouth. The long finish is a gentle waterfall of flavor that hits the center of your palate and dissipates into bliss-like mists, begging for another sip.
